
There was major drama in the qualifying session for the Belgian Grand Prix, as Q3 was red-flagged following a big crash for Lando Norris. Once the session was restarted, Max Verstappen took pole position with a time of 1:59.765.
Lewis Hamilton was third, with George Russell impressing everyone by taking second place. He placed his Williams on provisional pole, before Verstappen's final lap went top.
The rainy conditions made it difficult for all drivers, although there weren't too many shocks in Q1 and Q2.
